Electronic device and its holding mechanism

The invention relates to an electric device, which comprises the first element, the second element, one support element, one positioning module and the first spring. Wherein, the first element is axially connected to the second element, while it can rotate between the first and second positions relative to the second element, to make said electric device in close and open conditions; when the first element rotates from the first position to the second position, the support element moves with the first element to rotate the positioning module and connect the positioning module to the support element, to position the first element and make the electric device in open state; when the support element deviates from positioning module, the first spring makes the positioning module return to the un-rotated position, and the first element will rotate from the second position to the first position, to make the electric device in close state.
