Method and device for preventing countrol error of machine tool

The invention relates to a machine tool that is protected against a control error, comprising a control and/or regulation unit for controlling machine functions, preferably machine axes, in addition to means for reading machine control parameters for the control and/or regulation device from a data carrier or electronic carrier signal. Said machine tool also comprises a control error protection module, preferably a control error protection software module, which decrypts the machine control parameters that are destined for the machine tool and have been encrypted using an asymmetric encryption method, with the aid of an encryption key that is assigned to the machine tool and provided for the purpose, said decryption taking place with the aid of a decryption key that is likewise assigned to the machine tool, is provided for the purpose and is different from the encryption key. Said module only releases the machine control parameters for the control of the machine tool if the decryption process has been successful. The invention also relates to a corresponding method for preventing a control error of the machine tool using machine control parameters and to a corresponding data carrier or carrier signal, in addition to a method, system and programme for creating the same.
