Zusammenfassung: | The heat conductive composite cellulois material consists of nitro cellulose 28-77 wt%, camphor 2-13 wt% and stuffing 10-70 wt%. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. dissolving nitro cellulose and camphor in mixed ethanol-acetone solvent, and mixing homogeneously in a mixer; and 2. treating stuffing with coupling agent, adding the stuffing into the mixer to mix at 30-40 deg.c and pressure filtering to form. The heat conductive composite cellulois material with heat conductive reinforcing stuffing added has tensile strength raised to 31-46.2 MPa and heat conducting coefficient raised to 0.58-1.8, and can burn and decompose instantaneously under high temperature or high speed flame impact. |
