Zusammenfassung:	A method for binding up multiple groups of pages into a book includes such steps as alternatively perforating a group of papers along its ridge, folding along the ridge, gathering and applying adhesive. A cutting device for said binding method has multiple cutting edges at intervals on its both edges. Each cutting edge has a gap to isolate the cutting blades. The cutting edges face alternatively toward the left and right end faces of the cutting device. Each blade has a single-side cutting edge. Its advantage is that when a book is opened, the pressure of pages to book ridge is very low.
