Zusammenfassung:	An organic light emitting diode device includes a substrate having first and second surfaces and a diode on the first surface of the substrate. The diode includes a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode and an organic emitting layer between the first and second electrodes. Light is emitted from the diode toward the first and second surfaces of the substrate. A brightness compensation plate having a thickness that varies across a length of the plate is disposed on the second surface of the substrate for transmitting the light. The brightness compensation plate may improve a uniformity of a brightness of the organic light emitting diode device.
