This invention relates to an anti-strip-bursting automatic production line for a color display tube, in which, a steel strip is put on the first station, namely on a reel feeding device, a PLC starts up the production line, a straight strip feeding device, a pre-bending device, an electrode repairing device and a strap welding device are set on the second station, the strip is welded after it is curved, a strap welding device is set on the third station and the welding is done on it after the steel strip is located mechanically, a strap welding device and a swelling device for molded strips are set on the fourth station and welding is carried out after the strip is located mechanically, then the strip is swollen to a technical size, an earring welding device is set on the fifth station and one earring is welded on each of the four corners of the strip and an earring-height test device is set on the sixth station to test if there are rosin joints to the earrings then the qualified strips are moved to the seventh station by a load-carrier to be taken out.
