The invention discloses a device that used in heliox diving training, and relative training control program. Wherein, said device comprises a board cabin with a chamber cabin, a diving clock (personnel transport cabin), a life support system of life-support system, a sanitation system, a fire fighting system, a gas analysis system, a hot water system, a communication system, a cabin pressure automatic control system, a diving clock lifting hydraulic system, a compressor, a gas storage system, a power distribution and generation system. With said invention, the safety of diver can be confirmed, and the water cabin uses pressurized air, which will not use heliox air when the pressure is decreased to 55m to reduce the expensive heliox consumption. The invention can apply the diving training, which has high safety, economic benefits and operational property.
