Zusammenfassung:	A transflective liquid crystal display panel includes: a transflective layer having a reflective film provided so as to reflect light incident from the second substrate side, a transmissive opening portion being formed on a part of the reflective film so as to transmit light incident from the first substrate side therethrough; and a color filter layer having color filters corresponding to different colors buried in dot-corresponding regions of the transflective layer partitioned by the black matrix layer. The color filter layer has a reflective opening portion for exposing the part of the reflective film.
