Method for preparing paper mulch film with composite fertilizer and medicinal

This invention provides a method for preparation of composite fertilizer and medication type papery mulch film, selecting regenerated plant fiber as raw material, using the existing paper-making equipment, the manufacturing technique similar to conventional paper-making method. It is characterized in that installing a set of atomization and spray equipment on the the vacuum chamber of paper machine in the ppaper-making line, spraying water-solubility composite fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide etc on the surface of base papery film with the atomization and spray process. The papery film prouced with the invention, selecting regenerated plant fiber as raw material carrier, spraying water-solubility composite fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide etc on it, at some temperature, medicament and water tansfered into the surface of soil or infiltrating to some depth and forming medicine layer, realizing quantitative and well-proportioned fertilization, decreasing the amount of work of fertilization and grass-clearing in early days. In addition, the papery film can be biodegraded totally, and the catabolite can be used as organic fertilizer to improve fertility of soil. The function and the cost of the papery film are equivalent to that of plastic film, with nuisance free, non-pollution, and it is suitable for spread.
