Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparing method of nanometer zinc oxide luminous material in the single-crystalalpha-Al2O3, which comprises the following steps: injecting 30-100 keV Zn ion in the single-crystalalpha-Al2O3 within the scope from 1*10 to 5*10 ion per quadratic centimeter; forming nanometer metal Zn in the injecting area; proceeding annealing disposal at 500-900 deg.c oxygen atmosphere, 0.1-1 L per min oxygen fluidity, 0.5-1 h; transforming the nanometer metal Zn into nanometer zinc oxide. The invention possesses stronger green light phenomenon, which is fit for preparing green or green-blue light optical electronic equipment.
