Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves which can be connected to a piezoelectric element and an external circuit using a simple configuration, regarding the ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving apparatus for transmitting and/or receiving ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving apparatus, for transmitting or receiving ultrasonic waves, including a piezoelectric element (112) and a case (111) for housing the piezoelectric element (112), wherein the piezoelectric element (112) can be connected to the outside of the case (111) relaying a flexible printed wiring board (113).
