Said invention provided protective circuit includes double voltage detect IC unit and charging IC unit, wherein said charging unit accessing power supply, to proceed charging to lithium ion battery, said double voltage detect IC unit output controlling charging IC unit piece level signal to control charging through detecting lithium ion battery voltage state. Said invention can fully utilize lithium ion battery charging times to raise lithium ion battery service efficiency and prolonging service life.
