Zusammenfassung:	A method for reclaiming the used tyre includes such steps as using water jet technique to increase the pressure of running water to 300-320 MPa, splitting it to become 30-35 MPa water beams, using them to break the rubber of used tyre, separating the steel wire skeleton, and grinding rubber particles. Its apparatus is composed of pressure pump, booster, energy accumulator, water cutting gang installed on lift arm, rotary bench for holding the used tyre on it, motor with speed reducer, rubber particle separating case, water tank, and net filter.
