Zusammenfassung:	Present invention relates to an air conditioning unit. Said air conditioning unit includes at least compressor, four-way valve, indoor/outdoor heat exchanger, connecting pipe, controller, expansion valve used as throttling set. Said expansion valve is all opened and keeping preset time in conversion process from heating operational mode to defrost operational mode and/or from defrost operational mode to heating operational mode, then said expansion valve is all closed and keeping preset time, four-way valve switched in all open and all close period, compressor keeping operation in whole operational mode conversion process. Said air conditioning unit can reduces noises in mode conversion for providing comfortable circumstance to user.
