Sealed deslagging method for process of producing TiCl4 with high titanium slag

The sealed deslagging method for producing TiCl4 with high titanium slag capable of purifying Cl2 in slag and recovering TiCl4 includes the following steps: 1. feeding slag into sealed fluidized bed container; 2. sweeping with introduced sweeping gas; 3. exhausting the swept mixed gas to double-tube condenser, spraying washing system and gas purifying system to recover TiCl4 and purifying Cl2; and exhausting the swept slag. The process has reduced environmental pollution of Cl2 in the slag, recovery of TiCl4 from the slag and short technological process, and the swept slag has TiCl4 content lower than 0.1 % and Cl2 content lower than 0.05 %.
