Prepn process of Lansoprazole sodium for treating peptic ulcer

The preparation process of Lansoprazole sodium for treating peptic ulcer includes the following steps: taking Lansoprazole and 20 % concentration sodium hydroxide solution in the molar ratio of 1 to 1-1.2, adding Lansoprazole and distilled water in 5-10 times weight of Lansoprazole into reactor, adding sodium hydroxide solution under stirring for neutralization reaction at the temperature of ¿C6 to 6 deg.c for 4-6 hr, decompression concentrating to dry, adding distilled water in 5-10 times weight of Lansoprazole, adding active carbon in 0.02-0.05 time weight of Lansoprazole to eliminate impurity and decolorize to obtain Lansoprazole sodium. The preparation process is simple, short in period, high in yield, high product quality and low in cost.
