Information searching criteria presentation and editing system and method

The invention discloses a method for displaying and editing information index conditions which comprises steps of: graphical query field components and graphical operation components ; receiving entered query character strings; defining minimum identifiers unit of the query character strings and marking the identifiers of query character strings as an identifier sequence; identifying all elements of the identifier sequence, calling corresponding graphical query field components and graphical operation components to expend them into grammar tree and display on subscriber terminal computer interface; subscribers being able to evaluate on corresponding graphical components and generate other query conditions; analyzing and judging whether the type of each field component content of the grammar tree is right or not; performing conditions combination on the grammar tree; generating query codes. The invention also discloses a system for displaying and editing information index conditions.
