Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an oil nylon supporting roller and preparing method, belonging to belt transportation device. It comprise a central axle with a bearing on two ends, a roller sheath and a axial sleeve sheathed between the bearing and roller sheath; the roller sheath is mainly made by nylon 6, mineral grease, abrasion resistant and solidifying agent; feeding said components into reaction kettle to be heated and melt, via the processes of evacuating, heating, de-watering and mixing, to be put into mould to be heated molded into nylon roller; processing said nylon roller into the roller sheath with needed length; and inserting the central axle whose two ends are fixed with bearing and axial sleeve into the roller sheath to attain the nylon supporting roller. Since the invention adds mineral grease and the mixture of phenolphthalein compound and metal chrome as abrasion resistance into nylon supporting roller, the lubrication and abrasion resistance are improved while its service life can reach more than 3 years.
