Zusammenfassung: | This invention relates to a kind of high-property crystal whisker and dispersed particle multi-reinforced Al-based composite materials. It has characteristics of consisting of ceramic crystal whiskers, dispersed Al12(Fe, V)3Si particles and Al matrix. Ceramic crystal whiskers possess a volume fraction of 5-40% and are 0.1~1.5ª–m in diameter and 3~10ª–m in length. Dispersed Al12(Fe, V)3Si particles have a volume fraction of 10~40% and are 50~200nm in size. For preparation rapid-quenched Al-Fe-V-Si alloy microcrystal powders and crystal whiskers are mixed homogeneously with mechanical methods (such as mechanical stir), densified at 400~600 deg.C and 80~200MPa and then molded by extrusion. The composite materials obtained in the invention has a high strength and modulus at room temperature and excellent transient and persistent performances at high temperatures, and therefore can be used in the fields requiring high strength, stiffness and especially excellent high-temperature performances. |
