Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses the smelting technology of weatherable steel and highly weatherable construction steel used for welded construction, comprising the following steps: using nickel or chromium ore, reducing agent, active catalyst, slag conditioning agent and binding agent to formulate the deacidizing pellet, before tapping, adding the deacidizing pellet into steelmaking furnace, adding the deacidizing pellet into molten steel bag when electric furnace tapping, adding the deacidizing pellet into fining furnace in the process of refining molten steel, controlling the deacidizing pellet content according to the brand of weatherable steel, adding deacidizing pellet into molten steel, utilizing the energy of molten steel to deacidize nickel and chromium to carry out alloying action. The smelting technology improves the recovery ratio of nickel and chromium, reduces the cost, shortens the flow process, and decreases the environmental pollution. |
