The present invention completes the intermittent capsule conveyance through turning the on-off of the hole in the conveying wheel to the negative pressure passage for adsorbing or releasing capsule, and has the advantages of no damage to capsule, low conveyance vibration and noise, smooth operation and high weighing precision.
