Zusammenfassung:	The invention is an optical recognizing device for recognizing papers with special use, such as paper money, comprising at least a light source, at least a light splitting device, at least two optical detectors and a picture identification circuit, where the light splitting device splits the light generated by the corresponding light source into two main beams, which are projected on the paper to be detected to form above two response pictures, and the optical detectors receive these response pictures and the picture identification circuit recognizes true or false and kinds of the papers by analyzing these response pictures.
