Flexible cooling chain for connecting between cold source and heat source

The invention discloses flexibility cold chain connected between cold source and hot source. The cold chain includes many copper sheets superposed together, indium layer used to fix the copper sheets at the second end of the superposed copper sheet, and at least mounting hole used to fix cold and hot source at the second end of the indium layer. Its advantages are that because of the copper sheets surface have tiny unsmooth, the indium will be deformed between them to fill and level up the tiny unsmooth to make them connect tightly while squeezing. This can greatly reduce thermal contact resistance and increase flexibility cold chain heat transfer performance.
