Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a mfg. method for coating glass coating, alumina and titanium composite structure on diamond surface. Diamond surface has a glass layer. The glass layer has an alumina layer. Its surface has a titanizing layer. The method includes the following steps: coating a glass for diamond; coating alumina for the glass layer; coating a titanium layer for both of them by adopting vacuum micro evaporating. The diamond can improve grinding tool wire sharpness and using life. Thus the coating diamond is widely applied. It has better using life, processing efficiency.
