Method and device for converting virtual address into physical address conversion

A method for transforming virtual address to physical address includes utilizing data locality to compare virtual address to be transformed as physical address with virtual address transformed last time and not making access to RAM of TLB but directly utilizing last transform to obtain physical page table to reduce access frequency of RAM in TLB if they belong to the same page table, sharing one read only port RAM by TTLB and DTLB to not only reduce power consumption area of TLB but also to raise performance of processor.
