Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a light-regulating frequency variable device, in particular, it relates to a light-regulating frequency variable device for improving picture scintillation which can be produced in LCD display under the specific presentation environment. Said invention is characterized by that it has reverser control IC for controlling reverser, so that the microcomputer can output the light-regulating frequency set according to imaging resolution. The light-regulating frequency outputted by the above-mentioned microcomputer can be undergone the process of amplifier treatment, then is connected with the wire capable of back feeding said light-regulating frequency into the above-mentioned reverser control IC, so that it can provide light-regulating frequency set according to vertical frequency.
