| Zusammenfassung: | The preparation process of malaytea scurfpea injection includes the following steps: eliminating impurity from malaytea scurfpea fruit as material, crushing into coarse powder, ultrasonic extraction in 75 % concentration alcohol solution for 2-4 times of 1-2 hr each to obtain the extracted liquid, decompression concentration to obtain dense paste while recovering alcohol, diluting with 0.85 % concentration sodium chloride solution via stirring, letting stand and taking supernatant, regulating pH to 3.0 with hydrochloric acid, cold storing, regulating pH to 6.5-7.5, filtering, filling, sterilizing and packing the malaytea scurfpea injection. The malaytea scurfpea injection is used in intramuscular injection to treat leucoderma and psoriasis and can heal leucoderma and psoriasis radically. |
