A locally releasable signal is produced based on concentration of the flexibilizer, in a conveying direction of the materials. The filter with the filter materials is selected so that the signal lies within one threshold and outside another threshold. An independent claim is also included for a device comprising a mechanism for application on a flexibilizer.
