The technological process includes the following steps: setting ASP-23 punching head connected to positive high pressure inside plasma aided vapor deposition furnace, maintaining the furnace in 500-560 deg.c and 80-100 Pa, leading in reaction gas WF6 and CH4, applying DC voltage of 20-50 KV and regulating voltage to ionize WF6 and CH4 and to react to produce WC depositing on the surface of the punching head and forming with the entered C ion to form WCC. The treated punching head has the service life from 10 M times to 60 M times. The present invention is suitable for mold manufacture.
