Zusammenfassung:	An electrically conductive water-based paint is prepared through proportionally adding silver powder to the mixture of water disperser containing anionic polyurethone, deionized water, cosolvent, wetting agent, filming agent and suspending agent, stirring, adding thickening agent, and stirring. Its paint layer is baked at 50-80 deg.C for 20-30 min. Its advantages are high electric conductivity, high shielding power and high adhesion.
