Zusammenfassung:	A method for electric generation by using the energy of sea wave and tide features that an electric generator building with arch roof is built on sea bottom, a vertical pipe is extended from said building but its top end is lower than water surface, the seawater flows vertically through the pipe to drive the electric generator, and the used seawater is pumped back in sea by a sea energy collecting and converting system consisting of floating plate, tower frame, rocker-arm, pull rod and piston-type water pump.
