Sector shaped cylinder used for gas-solid radial reactor

A sectorial barrel for the radial gas-solid reactor features that the curving direction of the sectorial plate with arc surface is same as the curving direction of the barrel body of reactor, the side plates are arranged at both sides of sectorial plate and at both sides of back plate between bottom of blind barrel and the top of ring plate, said sectorial plate may be the strip net composed of metal strips and ribbed plate or the perforated plate, the central axis is coaxial with the central axis of said barrel body, and the catalyst and powder discharging outlets are made on the bottom plate of sectorial barrel. Its advantages are uniform distribution of gas on the sectorial plate.
