This invention discloses a monitor system based on internet, which contains which contains client side, proxy server and central process server, wherein the client side including terminal being monitored for sampling image in monitor area and monitor terminal for displaying image for client to monitor, central process server having recorded client side account and address information, the client side making logging certification using account information through internet by proxy server and updating original address information to current address information, monitor and monitored terminal obtaining current address information and realizing monitor by through proxy server.
