Production of adsorbed products for use in human or animal nutrition or cosmetic applications comprises introducing onto a carrier (C) a material (A) to be adsorbed and also a stabilizer (B), the average particle size of (C) being >= 80 mu m and there being the provisos that: (1) if (A) is vitamin E then mixture (A) and (B) has HLB below 7; and (2) if (A) is an oil-soluble vitamin and (B) is a glyceride, then the solidification point of mixture (A) + (B) is below 80[deg]C.
