Device of detecting static angle for portable optical observation collimation instrument

A static angle detection device of portable aiming instrument for optical observation is prepared as fixing high ¿C low adjusting frame on base , inserting bottom end of lifting bar ( LB ) in central hole of said frame for being moved up and down in hole , setting the fastening bolt on LB , placing top end of LB vertically on rotary shaft as its another end being set with rotary arm ( RA ) , setting high angle parallel light pipe on one end of RA to let it form an included angle with RA , setting horizontal angle parallel light pipe on rotary axis position of RA and placing balance weight on another end of RA .
