Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a drum type washing machine comprising a tub (55) to hold water therein; a drum (60) rotatably placed in the tub; a rotational shaft (69) connected to the drum; a bearing housing (75) having a bearing therein for supporting the rotational shaft and having a surface facing an inside the tub; a motor (66) to rotate the rotational shaft; a tub bracket (80) made of synthetic resin and preventing the water inside the tub from contacting the surface of the bearing housing which faces the inside of the tub; and a suspension (90) connected to the bearing housing to reduce vibration of the drum.
