Zusammenfassung:	The inner oil pipe of well oil pumping pipe includes inner oil pipe, oil pumping rod and heater set inside the oil pumping rod. The heater includes one additional steel pipe with outer insulating enamel layer, electrothermal film layer and electrically insulating and heat conducting layer, copper tube or rod as fire line to the ground power source inside the steel pipe, fire line electrode and zero line electrode on the electrothermal film layer, fire line conducting tab connecting the fire line electrode to the copper tube or rod and zero line conducting tab connecting the zero line electrode to the oil pumping rod as the zero line in the heating circuit. The present invention can heat the oil pumping pipe homogeneously and is energy saving.
