Three-step all purpose code Chinese character inputting method and keyboard thereof

The method decides following parts through six steps: composition of character, radical and composite radicals, relation of radical and composite radicals, codes and sound variant codes of radical and composite radicals, method for encoding and inputting character and word, inputting character through numerical key. Features are: simple rules, easy of learning, low rate of coincident code and fast inputting speed etc. The method can input 8400 Chinese characters in 'Xinhua dictionary' without need of nay conversion. Coding length is 3 if 26 English keys are utilized. Coding length is 6 if 9 numerical keys are utilized. Only 65 types of radicals are needed to label in the system.
