Optical-purity N',N'-dibasic prolyl hydrazine compound, and its preparing method and use

The present invention discloses an optical pure N', N'-bisubstituted prolyl hydrazine compound or Brnsted salt thereof, as well as the preparation and use thereof. The structural formula is as follows: R1 and R2 are respectively alkyl, substituted alkyl, heteroatom-containing alkyl, alkyl having hetero atom containing substituents, acyl and hydrogen; and Ri and R2 form a 3- to 10- membered ring. The compounds catalyze stereoselectively aldol reaction, Michael addition reacton, Mannich reaction, alpha-amination reaction, alpha-amine oxidation reaction, alpha-alkylation reaction, alphachloridization, alpha-thioreaction, or Baylis-Hillman reaction alone or with acids.
