Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizing apparatus for atomizing a liquid by a atomizing vibrator in which a foreign matter is prevented from being directly stuck and solidified on the surface of the atomizing vibrator, failure that the action of the atomizing vibrator is affected to cause the remarkable decrease of the atomized quantity or is damaged and does not work is prevented and the stable atomization occurs even in soiled cleaning water. SOLUTION: A vessel 16 in which a sealing liquid 15 is sealed is provided in the vibration surface side of the atomizing vibrator 14 composed of an ultrasonic vibrator, a surface of the vessel 16 opposed to the atomizing vibrator 14 is formed into a thin film 17 and the atomizing liquid on the outside of the vessel is atomized through the included liquid 15 and the thin film 17 on the vessel 16 by the ultrasonic vibration produced by the atomizing vibrator 14.
