Composition of paeoniflorin and peony lactone glycoside with function of increasing leukocyte

The present invention relates to a composition containing the active components of paeoniflorin and albiflorin extracted and seperated from Paeonia lactifora Pall, the total content of the two components being between 50% and 95 % and weight ratio of the paeoniflorin and albiflorin in the composition being 1:10-10:1. The composition is applicable for preparing various simple prescription medicine preparations, delayed releasing preparation or controlled releasing preparation, preparation by body cavity administration, spray administration, transdermal absorption or oral administration; injection preparation or transfused fluid preparation; or for combining with other medicine (containing Chinese traditional medicine extract or effective component) to form compound medicine preparation by replacing peony extract or peony total glycosides. The composition is suitable for preparing medicine for treating leucopenia, throbocytopenia and achreocythemia of different causes.
