Outdoor unit of air conditioner

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to reduce an installation space of a housing and an operating noise by improving an arrangement structure of blower fans, a heat exchanger, and a compressor installed in a housing. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner has a housing. A defining plate defines the inside of the housing into an upper space and a lower space. A compressor is installed in the lower space. A pair of blower fans are perpendicularly installed in the upper space. A heat exchanger is installed in front of the blower fans. A front plate of the housing has discharge ports facing the blower fans and suction ports separated from the discharge ports at a certain distance, wherein the discharge ports and the suction ports are arranged in right and left directions with each other at a front of the housing.
