Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a sewing machine. A sewing machine main shaft (8) is arranged in an arm portion (5) and driven by a sewing machine motor, an electric generator (15) composed of a PM type stepping motor is arranged on the main shaft in an external embedded mode, a DC supply voltage control circuit is provided for converting electric power into assigned voltage (such as 5V), through working of the power supply, the accumulated running time T of the sewing machine 1 is calculated and a maintaining CPU (26) for prompting maintenance time (packing lubrication) is provided.
