Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A diglyceride lipid composition with high purity, which comprises conjugated linoleic acids, is provided to effect anticancer, fat reducing or immunity reinforcing activity or prevention or therapy of diabetes, through a simple and efficient process. The diglyceride lipid composition is suitably used as an emulsion for cosmetics or medicines, or food additives. CONSTITUTION: The diglyceride lipid composition with high purity comprises (1) 85-99.9wt% of diglyceride comprising 0.1-80wt% of a conjugated linoleic acid, and (2) monoglyceride, triglyceride or a mixture thereof. The preparation method for the diglyceride lipid composition comprises: (a) mixing monoglyceride, a conjugated linoleic acid, and lipid, fatty acid or mixtures thereof with stirring at 10-200rpm and (b) maintaining the condition of the resulted mixture at 200-250deg.C and under 0.001-0.5 torr for 1-10 hours to undergo an exchange reaction.
