Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for manufacturing aluminum alloy integrated disc head, used in a warp knitter, including the steps: 1. heating aluminum alloy material to 700-720 deg.C for melting and pouring the melt into aluminum alloy round cast ingot, after sawing, making free forging treatment and die forming treatment and then annealing treatment as well as artificial real-time treatment, and finally completing processing by machine tool, and simultaneously, manufacturing a coil pipe, i.e. heating aluminum alloy material to 700-720 deg.C for melting and pouring the melt into aluminum alloy cast ingot, and squeezing to manufacture the cast ingot into a coil pipe; 2. by argon arc welding, welding two discs at the two ends of the coil pipe; 3. making surface oxidizing treatment on the welded part to obtain the disc head. The advantages are simple casting mold and process and easily ensuring the quality of process.
