The invention discloses a method for weighing washing machine and a washing machine which help realize this method, comprising frame, outer cylinder, two resilient supporting shock absorber, inner cylinder, and electromechanical transmission. Wherein, one resilient supporting shock absorber is air damping type with displacement sensor, formed by cylinder with link ring, formor fixed on the cylinder, coil, coil interface, ferromagnetic with link ring and inner hole, and packing ring. The displacement sensor via the weighing unit connects the microprocessor, and the weighing unit comprising circuits and interface of rectification, low-pass filtration, high-gain amplification, production of time sequence, and square wave, integrates the displacement sensor and the air damping shock absorber. The invention can detect amount of clothes and water inflow, with simple structure, low cost, and high accuracy, and it can be widely use in barrel washing machine.
