Zusammenfassung:The process of gasifying super heavy inferior mixed oil to produce synthetic gas is to feed oxygen-containing gas, oil slurry and optional moderator into the oxidation area for partial oxidation. The present invention features that the mixed oil as material comprising at least deoiled asphalt from oil refinery in 60-95 wt% and oil slurry in 5-30 wt%. The mixed oil is made to enter to the gasifying area of the multiple nozzle gasifying furnace through the nozzles with entrance temperature of 240-280 deg.c and oxidized partially at 1400-1450 deg.c. The present invention can utilize various kinds of oil residue and oil slurry from oil refinery comprehensively to produce synthetic gas for producing urea.
