Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a process of producing high-quality high-strength sheet steel by utilizing sheet billet and adopting continuous casting and continuous rolling process. Its technical scheme is as follows: (1) chemical components of steel are: C is 0.16-0.20%, Mn is 0.6-1.70%, S is less than or equal to 0.010%; P is less than or equal to 0.025%, Si is less than or equal to 0.55%, Als is 0.010-0.040%, Ca/Als is greater than or equal to 0.10, T(o) is less than or equal to 30 ppm, and N is less than or equal to 60 ppm; (2) sheet billet continuous casting: molten steel temperature of intermediate tank is 1530-1550 deg.C, pulling rate of casting blank is 3.0-4.5 m/min, thickness of casting blank outgoing from crystallizer is 70-85mm; (3) heating; temperalure of feeding casting blank into furnace is 900-1000 deg.C and the tapping temperature is 1100-1150 deg.C; (4) rolling; initial rolling temperature is 1050-1110 deg.C and final rolling temperature of fine rolling is 850-900 deg.C.
