Zusammenfassung: | This invention provides a cooperated intensive heat exchange surface. It includes base board (1) and fin (2) set on the base board. Its feature is that the fin is three dimension types, it is consisted by two same structure laterals (3) and up end surface (4) of rectangle and lateral (3) is right angle trapezoid structure, and the edge connected to base board is right angle side. Inclination angle ª‰ between base board and up end surface is less than 90 degree along main stream direction, the angle is 15~17 degrees when the heat exchanger surface is used for laminar flow heat exchanger, and it is 23~24 degrees then it is used for turbulent flow heat exchanger. Local convergent channel is formed between fin and base board. This invention provides low pump work consumption and high coefficient of heat transfer intensive heat exchanger surface. It has high input-output ratio. Thermal conductance of heat exchanger made from this surface is increased in condition of same fluid mass flow rate. When thermal conductance request is confirmed, the fluid influx can be reduced, so the consumption of pump power can be reduced. |
