Polyester composite sheet material production line and its processing method

This invention relates to polyester compound slice process line and its method, wherein the line comprises the following: dehumidifying drier for process general and improved polyester is connected to the single worm extrusion machine; the two single worm extrusion machine connected to the polyester slice module probe through three layers of compound aligners; orderly located with three-roller calendar, racket, drawing machine and rolling machine. The process method comprises the following steps: separately dehumidifying the particles of general and improved polyester for three layers of melted materials with middle layer of general polyester layer and upper and down of improved polyester layers; then processing the pre-slice; finally flattening, cooling, shaping, cutting, drawing till final product.
